Select your items and click on ‘Add to Cart’. When you have select all your items, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’. You will be asked to enter your billing information. Complete the required fields and click on ‘Place Order’. You will be brought to a page which will confirm that your order has been received with your order details.

Please take note of your Order ID which will be used as payment reference

A order confirmation will be sent to your email address. Proceed to make payment to the details provided and reply the email to inform us of payment made in this format:

Kindly note that items are received only for 24 hours after customers receive the order confirmation email.

Payment method


PERFETTI SHOP accepts the following payment options:
1. Internet Banking (DBS/POSB/UOB)
2. ATM transfers (DBS/POSB/UOB)
3. PayPal accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit card payments online

Other payment options will only be accepted upon approval. In cases where extra charges are involved, all costs will be borne by customers.

Concealed cash will not be accepted.

Payment verification will take 3 working days. Once payment has been verified, an email confirmation will be sent when the package has been sent out.

Delivery Information


Postage is charged according to the cumulative weight of the items and in accordance to the postage rates as provided by the mail service provider. The PERFETTI SHOP’s default mail service provider is SingPost and you can find the postage rates for local packages and overseas packages at their website. In addition, a handling fee of up to S$0.50 will be charged for each transaction.

Normal Mail

Normal mails arrive in 2-5 working days. Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

PERFETTI SHOP will not be responsible for any lost mails in such instances. It is up to our discretion and of goodwill that we help check with the mail service provider with regards to the missing packages. For SingPost, you can enquire about your packages here or call them at 1605 (local) or +65 6841 2000 (overseas). We advise our customers to use registered mail to better ensure that the package will arrive safely at your doorsteps.

Registered Mail

Registered mail is highly encouraged to ensure safe delivery of your items. It involves an additional standard charge of S$2.24 and arrive in 2-5 working days Please note that delays can occur in delivery, and these delays are beyond our control.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your registered email. A tracking number, or registered article number (RA#), allows you to check the status of the package with the mail service provider.

Free Shipping Promotion


Unless otherwise stated, free shipping covers the normal postage costs within Singapore. Alternative shipping options are available at additional costs.
