How do I place an order?


Orders are placed via our website. Add your items to the shopping cart, check out, create an account with us, pay and wait for your lovelies to arrive at your doorstep. It’s that simple!

 

Is my order confirmed after I have added them to the cart?


We reserve all items for you for 24 hours upon checkout, after which it will be released to the next buyer. We regret that due to the volume of orders, we will be unable to give prior notice to you before we release the order due to non-payment.

 

How do I modify my order?


Feel free to contact us via our contact form or email sales@perfetti-shop.com. Our friendly customer service team will help you with your request if the order hasn’t been shipped.

 

I have received an incorrect/missing item in my order, what should I do now?


Please contact us via our contact form and we will rectify it.

 

I have received a defective item in my order, what should I do now?


Feel free to contact us via our contact form and we will get in touch with you with the exchange details.

 

If I have checked out a wrong item, what should I do?


As you cannot amend the orders yourself, email us at sales@perfetti-shop.com and we will amend the order for you

 

How long does it take for my payment to be verified?


Once you have replied the invoice email with your payment details, payment will be verified within 24 hours. Do note that Sundays are rest days for our customer service team.

 

When will I receive my item?


We mail out all items 1-2 working days after payment has been received. An email will be sent to you once the item has been mailed. You will typically receive your items within 5-7 working days.

 

Should I use Normal Mail or Registered Mail?


We highly encourage registered mail (flat fee + SGD 2.25) to ensure safe delivery of your package. You can email us at sales@perfetti-shop.com to request for the tracking number which will be provided only upon your request. Normal mail at flat fee of SGD 1.50 does not allow tracking of items and neither yourself nor Perfetti Shop will be able to trace your order should it go missing.
